TPM Architectural Services was formed in 2021 by Thomas Patrick Moran BSc Hons, having studied at the University of Northampton and gaining over 15 years’ experience within the Architectural & Construction Industries.

 

Tom saw the opportunity to create and run his own business using the various skills he had picked up throughout his career and offering perspective clients a one-to-one professional service providing carefully and well throughout design packages to cater for each individual client’s needs and requirements.

 

Specialising in residential extensions, renovations and refurbishments, TPM Architectural Services carriers out a variety of different services such as; 

• Feasibility and concept design. 

• Providing preliminary project budget and initial project programme. 

• Undertaking detailed measured and photographic surveys. 

• Permitted Development advice & Lawful Development applications.
